Ticket Prices for the Oaxaca Reunion

The reunion committee is pleased to announce ticket pricing for our Oaxaca event. Thoughtful consideration was taken into account in selecting the right venue, culinary experience, entertainment, hotels, transportation and photography. We worked hard in striking a balance to keep our reunion brand 5-star and providing you an experience that is well worth the ticket price. Among other things, keep in mind that included in the ticket price are ancillary fees such as decorations, lighting, staff,and  security that contribute to the cost of your ticket.

Therefore, we have come up with a ticket price of US $500/per person, subject to the early bird special pricing noted below:

The reunion ticket price includes the following:

• Friday Night: November 7^th, 2025

Friday night venues at Quinta Real brindis, La Calenda and Pitiona rooftop, including Logo T-Shirt, DJ, canapes, entertainment, photography, video, refreshments, open bar and transportation.

• Saturday : November 8^th, 2025

Saturday city walking tour, Martha Laird's morning Yoga session, Saturday night venue at Palacio Nacional, catered dinner by Carmelita, and entertainment including Classic Journey tribute band from Los Angeles, DJ, professional photography, video, transportation, and open bar. Oh, and additional surprises!!!!!!

Optional Events :

The reunion committee has organized the following optional events that you might want to attend and that are NOT included in the ticket price. Each of these will have their own per person cost.

• Sunrise Private tour of Monte Alban -Friday early morning
• Thursday casual dinner for those arriving early
• Sunday Brunch

Early Bird Special

If you purchase your ticket before June 30^th, the ticket price will be US$450 per person.

After June 30^th, ticket price per person will be US$500

All payments must be made by October 15^th, 2025.
