Following graduation from AHS, I entered the US Air Force and was stationed in Northern Michigan at Wurtsmith AFB. Just before separating from the Air Force, I married Linda on June 27th 1981. I worked for nearly 22 years at FedEx and then for 6 years at the City Rescue Mission of Lansing as the Food Services Director.
Linda and I now have been married for 40 years and have 3 granddaughters, Lily & Alivia are now12 and Eloise is now 7. We live in Cape Coral, Fl.
I arrived at AHS in March 1976 and was assigned to share a locker with Mark Halstead. We have been friends every since!
One of my memories of AHS was being one of the players of the infamous "strip poker" game during lunch. One would assume this would not go far, but to all of our shock and surprise as the game went on the clothing items of us playing began coming off, one by one!! I don't recall who "lost" the game but I do recall his choice of dropping his tighty whitees or racing down the main hallway in them. He chose the streak through the hallway just as classes were changing and his t-shirt over his head!
